*After Hours is an in store visit anytime outside of store operating hours. A Call Out is classed as a home/hotel visit or any situation where a barber/s are required to travel to the customer. Prices may vary. This service cannot be booked via our website/booking service and must be requested through phone call or text.

CANCELLATIONS.
LATE POLICY.
Please try and be at least 5 minutes early to your appointment. If you are running a few minutes late please call ahead to give us a heads up.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment. This is to ensure we have enough time to give you the service and experience we strive for.
No Shows & Cancellations.
Please respect our time and get in contact to let us know at least 4 hours in advance if you cannot make it or need to reschedule your appointment. We understand and respect that circumstances change but we ask you let us know as it affects not only us, but other potential clients who may miss out on booking slots.
If you cancel your appointment within 4 hours you will be charged 50% of your original appointment value and 100% for all No-Shows. If you do not show and/or repeatedly miss a booking, you may be blacklisted from being able to book any future services with us.
